Our Return Policy!

Your satisfaction is our top priority so, if you don’t love your purchase, you can gladly send it back for a refund. We accept all returns by mail within 28 days of purchase. 

 

Please read our return conditions noted below:

A $10.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused in ordered to be accepted.

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags.

Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless in a sealed and unopened packet.

 

Please note the following:

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your mailed return, we’ll process your credit immediately, and will email you a confirmation once your credit has been processed.

Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If for some reason you did not receive your merchandise, or if you are missing merchandise – please let us know, within 5 days of the expected delivery date. If you do not report this incident, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
